Who we are

Ride On Rentals rents enclosed cargo, dump, car hauler and equipment flatbed trailers across Delta and the Lower Mainland. You can reach us at (604) 767-7977 or [email protected].

We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

Only what you give us, and only what a rental actually requires:

• Your name, phone number and email address when you call or email about a trailer
• The rental dates, trailer type, and what you are hauling
• For an actual rental: your driver’s licence details and towing vehicle information, because we are handing you a road-going trailer and are required to confirm who has it
• Billing information needed to take payment and issue a receipt

Why we collect it

To quote you, confirm availability, prepare the rental agreement, contact you about the trailer while it is out, take payment, and meet our insurance and legal obligations. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our payment and email providers so they can do their job, with our insurer where a claim or incident involves your rental, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become rentals are kept only as long as we need to follow up. Signed rental agreements and payment records are kept for the period required for insurance, tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for pages to work. We do not run advertising trackers on it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site will still function.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — other than records we are required to keep. Call (604) 767-7977 or email [email protected].
